Phase One

  • 1200 Calories per day for 30 days

  • Work out days (up to 1500 calories)

  • Cut all liquid calories. Consume water- Protein shakes with water

Phase Two

  • 1300 Calories per day for 30 days

  • Work out days (up to 1500 calories)

  • Add fruit and protein to each meal 

Phase Three

  • 1200 Calories per day for 30 days

  • Work out days (up to 1500 calories)

  • Track food and add super sets to workouts (2 sets of exercises before a break)

Phase Four

  • 1400 Calories per day for all 30 days 

  • Track food and stay consistent with workouts

  • Customize a lifestyle nutrition plan
