Workout Program

 

The way Legendary Fitness Training structures its workouts is based on a progression program based on your level of fitness. At the first training session each client does a fitness assessment to be placed in the program so that the client will get the best out of each training session. The program is structured as follows

 

Beginner

        Stage 1

        Stage 2

        Stage 3

                All training sessions at this level are done with one's body weight and no extra weight.

 

Intermediate 

        Stage 1

        Stage 2

        Stage 3

                All training sessions at this level are focused on interval training and sprints, weights are used and twice a month beach             workouts are done as well.

 

Advanced

        Stage 1

        Stage 2

        Stage 3

                Training sessions at this level cover a wide variety of workouts, including interval training, weight training, cardio as well as muscle confusion.
